How access works
Membership, purchases, and who gets what
Every Space Monkey drop is unlocked one of two ways: a paid Patreon membership in the month it was released, or a one-time purchase. Drops from the months you paid for stay yours after your membership ends. Here is exactly how that works, and what each drop page shows you.
Simple by design
Get from screen to slicer.
Build your library around the way you support Space Monkey—membership, purchase, or both.
Connect Patreon
We verify your active membership and the date your current support began.
Your vault unlocks
Download every drop released on or after your active-member start date.
Complete your collection
Buy any earlier drop once. It stays in your library forever.
Access states
Every drop page checks one of these states before it shows a download or buy button.
Check your access
Connect Patreon to see whether your membership covers this drop, or buy it once and keep it forever.
Included with your membership
This drop was released while your membership was active, so it is yours to download.
Yours from your paid months
This drop was released while you were a paid member, so it stays in your library to download even though your membership has ended.
Released outside your paid months
Your membership covers drops released during the months you were a paid member. This one came out outside them, so it is a vault purchase — buy it once and it stays in your library.
Outside your paid months
Your Patreon membership is not active. Drops released during the months you paid for stay in your library; anything released outside them, like this one, is a purchase — buy it once and keep it. Anything you bought outright is still yours.
In your library
You bought this drop, so it stays available whatever happens to your membership.
Administrator preview
You are seeing this drop with administrator access, regardless of any customer entitlement.
Member pricing
Paying Patreon members -- any paid tier -- see a lower member price on drops that have one, right on the drop page and in your cart. Sign in and connect Patreon to unlock it. The member price is what checkout actually charges, and any coupon still applies on top of it.
New patrons also get the Welcome Pack straight away, whenever they join.
